Mark Adams collaborated with Steve Wojciechowski, Associate Head Coach of the Duke University Men’s Basketball Team, as the keynote speakers for the 2010 Annual National Leadership Conference of EmCare, one of the nation’s leading medical practice management organizations.  Speaking before over 900 physician, nursing, and administrative leaders, Coach Adams effectively described how leadership skills, collaboration, and teamwork successful in competitive sports at the high school, collegiate, professional, and Olympic levels can be applied to other types of organizations, including those such as healthcare with highly trained individuals working in high stress, high stakes environments.  The participants learned how to capitalize on the strengths and talents of highly diverse yet talented and successful individuals by molding them into highly functioning groups capable of performing at the highest levels under intense pressure, stress, and scrutiny.
